同时,通过定量代谢组学研究方法检测机体收到外界扰动后体内所有代谢产物的量及其量的变化,可为疾病诊断和防治、药物开发,药效筛选、药物的独立药理等提供更加精准、可靠的量化指标。该方法具有极高通量、卓越的可靠性和信息可挖掘性,使得生物标志物的筛选过程变得简单、可靠。
