电磁兼容室的主要设备有EMI测试系统、射频场感应传导抗扰度测试系统、谐波闪烁测试系统、静放电测试系统、电压跌落测试系统、浪涌(冲击)抗扰度测试系统和电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度测试系统。
EMI测试系统由EMI测量接收机、人工电源网络和吸收钳组成,用于连续骚扰电压和骚扰功率的测量,满足GB/T 6113.101、GB/T6113.102、GB/T6113.103标准的要求。
射频场感应传导抗扰度测试系统用于测试受试设备(EUT)对由空间射频电磁场感应传导骚扰的抗扰度,满足GB/T17626.6等标准的要求。
谐波闪烁测试系统用于测量由受试设备产生的谐波电流、电压对电网的影响,该系统满足IEC61000-3-2、IEC61000-3-3等标准的要求。
静放电抗扰度测试系统用于考量受试设备在静电放电时的抗干扰能力,满足GB/T17626.2标准的要求。
电压跌落测试系统用于电压暂降、短时中断和电压变化测试,考量受试设备对电压变化的抗扰能力,满足GB/T17626.11标准的要求。
浪涌(冲击)抗扰度测试系统用于评估EUT对大能量的浪涌骚扰的抗扰能力,例如雷击等,满足GB/T17626.5标准的要求。
电快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度测试系统用于评估EUT对来自操作瞬态过程中所产生的瞬态脉冲群的抗扰能力,满足GB/T17626.4标准的要求。
This CS test system is used to evaluate EUT’s ability on immunity to conducted disturbances, induced by radio-frequency fields. The test system followed the requirements of standard IEC61000-4-6.
The harmonic and flicker test system can perform the Harmonic current emission test, Voltage fluctuations and flicker test. It followed the requirements of standard IEC61000-3-2, IEC61000-3-3, etc.
The Electrostatic discharge immunity test system is to evaluate the performance of EUT when subjected to electrostatic discharges. The test system followed the requirements of standard IEC61000-4-2.
The DIPs test system is used to evaluate the immunity of EUT when subjected to the voltage dips, short interruptions, and voltage variations.
The Surge immunity test system is used to evaluate the EUT’s immunity to huge energy such as Thunder. The system followed the requirements of standard IEC61000-4-5.
The Electrical fast transient/burst immunity test system is used to evaluate the immunity of EUT when subjected to electrical fast transient/bursts on supply, signal, control and earth ports. The system followed the requirements of standard IEC61000-4-4.
